CHAPTER 1: BOOK OF THE FIRST LEGEND: THE SPIRIT KEY (Part 1)

The Great Heredge Kingdom was the creation of the Three Union gods, it was created for prosperity and greatness. The kingdom’s fortification and protection were by the great essence of the Three Union gods. The gods blessed the land beyond measures, seated at the throne of the kingdom was the First King and his descendants. In the book of the First Legend, chronicled in it were the achievements of the gods, kings, and people of the kingdom in time past. When the Three Union finally departed the human realm, as a result of the break of the covenant between the great Heredge kingdom and the Three Union, they took with them the First King, which led to various uprisings and strives in the great Heredge kingdom. Eventually, the one kingdom ended up divided into four smaller kingdoms, namely; Amas, Sydia, Naya, and Heredge kingdoms.

This tale is centred on the super prosperous, thriving, and once the peaceful Kingdom of Sydia. Just as other breakaway kingdoms of the Great Heredge Kingdom, it holds fast to the worship of the three Union gods. Since, attaining its independence from the Great Heredge Kingdom; it has forged its own way, rising above the other breakaway kingdoms. It became a superpower amongst the other kingdoms of Amas, Heredge, and Naya. These successes were not left unnoticed, for they attracted the lustful attention of the children of destruction and some cast-off gods, who sought to conquer and rule over Sydia.

The kingdom of Sydia, because of her prosperity and position, for a long time now, has been engaged in wars,over its lands and people. The most prominent of its antagonist was the powerful priestess named Ganina. She was infamous in the entire Great Heredge Kingdom as ‘the destroyer’ and a member of children of destruction. For years, she waged war against the kingdom of Sydia, defeating in fierce battles, the best of the royal forces warriors, princes, and kings. She destroyed the greatest fighters, conjurers, and weapons of the land. She wanted Sydia for herself because it is a land full of precious stones, vegetation, minerals, and the brightest set of people – it is the leading kingdom amongst equals. However, the people of Sydia banded together with their King, they fought as one unbreakable unity from year to year, without the support of the gods. One hundred fifty years into the war with Ganina, the people of Sydia, under the rule of their king decided to go to the god Hym (the leader of the cast-off gods).They pledged their fealty to him, that he would be their god, over the Three Union gods – who left them, in exchange for his protection against Ganina and her like.Knowing very well that the god Hym was the power behind Ganina, they asked that he protect the kingdom of Sydia and protect their King (government) by stopping and defeating Ganina forever. He agreed to their request, and in order to show his gratitude, he asked them if they wanted a curse placed on Ganina, in addition...to be continued
