Terms & Conditions: When the Hibiscus Blooms Launch Giveaway

1.  Who Can Enter: 

    Open worldwide to individuals aged 18+ (or age of majority in their jurisdiction). Void where prohibited by law.

2.  Giveaway Period:

    Starts immediately on July 19, 2025. Ends once three (3) verified winners are confirmed.

            *   Subject Line: HIBISCUS REFUND CLAIM - [Your Full Name]

            *   Screenshot of your Amazon order confirmation (show order date, book title, your name - hide full address & order number).

            *   Screenshot showing the book's "Delivered" status (from Amazon account or email).

            *   Links to your Facebook, X (Twitter), and TikTok profiles proving you now follow (or your profile names for verification).

            *   The email address you used to sign up for the newsletter.

            *   Your preferred payment method (PayPal email for outside Nigeria / Bank details for Nigerians) for the refund.

5.  The Prize: 

    Three (3) winners will each receive a $10 cash refund (or the Naira equivalent). Refunds will be sent via:

       *PayPal:** For winners outside Nigeria.

       *Bank Transfer (Naira Equivalent):** For winners residing in Nigeria. 

    The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash (other than the specified refund) or other items.

6.  Winner Selection:

       Only the FIRST THREE (3) eligible entrants who successfully complete ALL steps and submit a *COMPLETE and VERIFIED** claim/entry email will win.

       The clock starts *ONLY** when your specific book is marked "Delivered" by Amazon. The time you ordered the book does not matter. Winners are chosen based on the timestamp of their COMPLETE claim email received after delivery confirmation is verified. Ordering early does not guarantee you will be among the first three delivered and verified.

    *   All claims/entries will be rigorously verified for validity (purchase, delivery status, follows, signup) or completion of all free steps. Incomplete entries or those not meeting ALL criteria will be disqualified.

7.  Important Rules for Entries:

    *   Book Must Be Kept: You cannot return the book you bought for this giveaway and remain eligible. If you return the book after entering, you will be disqualified from winning the refund, even if your claim was initially accepted. The book must be received and kept.

8.  Winner Notification & Announcement:

       Winners will be notified via the email address used to enter *within 48 hours** of the third winner being verified.

       Winners will be announced publicly on Joy Jinnaya's Facebook, X (Twitter), and website using *only their first name and last initial** or social media handle (e.g., "John S." or "@BookLover123") within 48 hours of the third winner confirmation.

    *   By entering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

    *   This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Amazon, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, PayPal, or any banks.

    *   The Sponsor (Joy Jinnaya) is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, misdirected, or illegible entries, or technical errors of any kind.

    *   Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone violating these rules or tampering with the entry process.

    *   Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any problem corrupts its administration, security, or fairness.

    *   Winners agree to the use of their first name, last initial, and/or social handle for promotional purposes without further compensation.
