The people agreed for a curse against Ganina and, Hym god of lights placed a curse on her, saying ‘she can never set her feet in the kingdom of Sydia’. Hym, did their bidding, because, he recognized the advantage of having Sydia as his own people. Hym being Hym, he added a silent clause to the contract that the people of Sydia never knew about, to hiss thinking, ‘they should have asked for the consequences of adding a curse’. Unknowing to Hym, his brother, Tasus god of the twist, who was his archival, came to find out about the added clause to the contract. The clause says, ‘if Ganina ever succeeded in killing the King (government) without stepping foot in the land of Sydia, then, she rules the kingdom of Sydia and Hym no longer protects the King and the people’ (this he added, because he always finds a way to break a deal). Tasus kept the knowledge to himself, until when he can use it against Hym, ‘his dear brother, as a weapon to defeat and destroy him completely!’
The people agreed to the covenant with Hym, believing they made the right decision to enter into a covenant with Hym, being the strongest of the cast-off gods. Thereafter, with the covenant rectified, Hym casted Ganina into the deep darkness, by revoking the powers he gave to her. In doing so, Hym betrayed Ganina. And she swore to take vengeance on Hym and the people of Sydia, when she escapes the deep darkness, which she promised to the hearing of all present.
Thousands of years later, with wars far from the kingdom of Sydia, the people grew and blossom. New princes, heroes and warriors to protect and fight for the land, came forth in Sydia. The reigning king and queen of Sydia had a girl child named princess Shadra, an only daughter. Princess Shadra was a beautiful, generous and well-loved daughter of the Crown. The king and the kingdom of Sydia loved her and were proud of their daughter. She grew up being the ideal princess of her people; serving with graciousness, patience and discipline, she was the pride of her people.
There was a time when she was kidnapped, on her way to visit her relatives in the Heredge kingdom the neighbouring Kingdom to the south. Captain Aderic son of Nna, a warrior and soldier of the kingdom of Sydia, rescued her. As his reward for the gallant and selfless acts, the king promoted him as Commander to the royal Army and, princess Shadra was also betrothed to him (this the king did to gain the favour those from the lower ranks in the society, in order to appease them for the poor economy, and not because, he wanted to give his daughter to Aderic).
Aderic found the princess to be attractive and pleasing to him. Likewise, the princess found him favourable to her. They eventually fell in love with one another. But nothing came off of their feeling because, Aderic was swamped with duties for the King and Kingdom, which took him away from the kingdom and prevented any further development between him and the princess for the time being. Instead, the King sent him to Amas to render service to the Guardians and Tower of lights – in order to delay the marriage or even frustrate it to the point that it might break.
Precisely, in the moment when the king was still scheming, Ganina escaped from the Deep Darkness with the help of Tasus the god of twist. Tasus helped her because he believed her to be the only one with great taste for vengeance against Hym, just like himself...
